Our News
Sue, one of our Laser nurses, has been poached by North Shore Hospital to assist in their diabetic research unit, but thankfully, still lasers with us on a Tuesday.
"WELCOME REBEKAH!" And there's always an "up-side", because we now have Rebekah to take over the Wednesday & Thursday. She has slotted in so easily and we're enjoying having her with us. Rebekah has 2 little ones – Emma & Seth – and an understanding husband (she does the late night until 7pm on Thursday).
Laura's son, Jamie, and his Robotics team from Kristin school recently won international acclaim when they won a prestigious Robotics competition in the States. (This sort of thing is an incubator for NASA!). Laura is Monday's laser nurse.
Vein News
Elisabeth & Bronwen are branching out again – this time to Warkworth. It's a beautiful town and now has a big new medical centre...
We intend running a Vein Clinic from the Visiting Specialist Suite once a month. The first one will be Friday, 2nd July and bookings can be made by phoning 410 0990.
We’re looking forward to meeting more Northlanders. Bronwen already meets a few through her work with Mr Bill Sugrue in Whangarei.
