For Women

Excessive Sweating - Hyperhidrosis

Sometimes spelt 'Hyperhydrosis'

Sweating of Underarms

Excessive sweat, specially underarm sweat, is not only embarrassing - it can stain and ruin your clothes. Even with the best of deodorants, excess sweating can still be a problem for women as well as men.

Many Brides-to be find that having their hyperhidrosis treated well before their wedding day gives them peace of mind, and prevents soiling of their wedding dress during fittings and try-ons.

Hyperhidrosis Treatment

Allthough it is not a permanant cure for hyperhidrosis, treatment is with BOtulinum TOXin (Dysport) and is very effective, lasting for up to 9 months. One session is normally all that is required.

If you are being treated for excessive sweating, shave your underarms about 24 hours before your treatment. Do not apply underarm antiperspirants or deodorants for 24 hours before or after treatment. Avoid exercise and hot foods or beverages 30 minutes before the injection.

My Tuff Sticker

We all do silly stuff when we’re young and for me one of the not so clever things was branding my self with a tuff sticker! (Do it yourself Tattoo)

After 20 years or so of people saying what is that thing on your fore arm? Or subtle stares of disgust! I finally got off my butt and did something about it.

How easy was it?
Just two 10 minute sessions with the lovely team at Vein & Laser and the do it yourself Tattoo had completely disappeared.

Yep, it was that simple and with hardly any discomfort to me or my wallet.

I can’t emphasise enough the relief and extra confidence gained, and as for people staring and pre judging me for my moment of carelessness, like the Tattoo, GONE!!

I thoroughly recommend you take a few minutes and drop into Vein & Laser and be rid of that negative branding for good.

Go for it!!
